Pixel Perfect Visuals / 066 Media (“we”, “us”), operated by J.O. King, runs this website. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us through it. It is short because we do very little with your data: we use it to reply to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site and choose to send. That is:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• The details you provide about your project, such as the service you need and any message you write

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health records through this website’s forms.

Why we collect it

To read your message and get back to you, so we can answer your question, prepare a quote or estimate, or book your shoot. That is the only reason.

Who sees it

Your message is delivered to our own inbox. It passes through the service providers that run this website and send its email. They process it only to deliver the message to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
• We do not share, rent, or trade it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
• We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you did not ask for.
• We do not use it to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

The only exception is the ordinary one: if the law requires us to disclose information, for example a valid legal request, we will comply.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and we do not run analytics that profile you. Some parts of the page load resources from other providers, our web fonts, the short highlight videos, and the service that delivers your form message, and those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information as a normal part of serving that content. Our web host also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. None of that is used to advertise to you or to follow you around the web.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email, where it is treated like any other business correspondence. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Email pixelperfectvisuals066@gmail.com or call or text (717) 742-0661 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will honor reasonable requests promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will apply those to you regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us and we keep the amount we collect deliberately small.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
